Concerns for mother of three missing from Sydney’s north-west

The family of a Sydney mother missing from the city's north-west have serious concerns for her welfare and she disappeared yesterday afternoon.

Jade Jeyaratnam, aged 36, was last seen after leaving an appointment at Riverstone, about 2.30pm yesterday and hasn't been seen since.

Police in the area were notified of her disappearance and began an investigation into her whereabouts.

Police are now appealing to the public for any information or sightings of Ms Jeyaraynam.

She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of medium build, about 175cm tall, with long dark brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, dark coloured tights and joggers.

Ms Jeyaratnam may be driving in a black Holden Captiva with NSW registration CYM03E.
